I too had a not so friendly encounter with a woman at the Tracy PD. I called to report a car that had been parked in the same spot for 6+ weeks. She asked if I new who it belong too and I said yes. I told her that a neighbor was running an auto repair business from his home and the cars were now overflowing on to the street (He presently had (3) cars in the driveway (2) in front of his house and now (2) father down the street). She gave me the # and then advised me the abandoned car line was not meant to be used for harass my neighbors. My guess is she does not live in Tracy.

Filled with nothing but thieves and oligarchs. On a post, someone commented that in Tracy, in one year the tax rates were raised to supposedly do some good to the city, and that person claimed to have seen no good result but see the same old thing. On top of that, many comments said that the city doesn't really know how to handle emergencies well, and does so poorly in effort to save money to get a fatter paycheck, which has even costed lives! That right there makes them worthy of a lifetime in prison with no parole. Another downside is that near Goodwill, there was a recycle center that paid a considerably great amount of money for the amount brought, and that it had lengthy lines, and all the sudden, it got shut down, perhaps by the city only to keep the lower class down. I mean, there aren't even any recycle centers in Tracy that will pay you for paper, metals, electronics, batteries, cardboard, plastics, plastic bags, cotton, wood, cords, etc. Also, I heard that Tracy has banned people from picking up loose recyclables in the streets and trash cans (other than the recycle bins), all in effort of collecting more money! Sucks how rich people each time want more, and will do anything to make themselves richer as well as legalizing their robberies!

Man, the people work there are bad! Not just lazy! I called the office for questions, waited 20 minutes on the line! When finally someone picked up the call, she PRETENDED not being able to hear me and then hang up on me.

Nothing but robots and machines when I call there's not really a good way to get ahold of Human
