This JCPenney location is having a huge 70% sale in girls/ women clothing. There is a variety of clothes, in various sizes & prices This store could have gotten a higher rating but their lack of sales clerks/assistants on the floor was inexcusable. However big props to manager, Karolin & cashier, Jazmin for their great customer service, smiling faces & efficiency. I will definitely be back.
