wide variety arranged flowers and gift giving
I live in another state. I wanted to send sympathy flowers to my brother and family, letting them know they are in our hearts during this sad difficult time.
I've never written a review, maybe little flower shop customer service will learn something from Melissa's Flower Shop.
It's a charming place! I've been ordering for the many events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) of my family members who live in Tracy, over quite a few years now. They always bring lovely arrangements, right on time and beautifully done, delivered to the door. Wonderful!
I did - happy to say.. I ordered from Melissa Flower Shop in Tracy,Ca, I'm so grateful to them. The customer service was impeccable, kind, and thoughtful, they actually listened and cared ! Oh my gosh ! They sent me Photos of finished sympathy bouquet before they delivered them to my family.. Since I live in another state they wanted me to see it and make sure I was happy! Never has a flower shop sent me pictures ! Simply Amazing !
Love The Little Flower Shop. While not the least expensive place, it does consistently turn out beautiful, long-lasting bouquets. Great value for your money.

Out of state disappointed customer
No accountability and ruined a birthday surprise. I've been ordering from this flower shop exclusively for the last eight years. I ordered a birthday bouquet was specified flowers and was assured it would be delivered on the morning delivery truck. On the day they were due to be delivered I was informed that they didn't have the flowers I requested, in stock, but would be happy to replace the missing flowers with another. I was then given three different excuses as to why the flowers weren't available. This is not what I paid $130 for and now it's to late to order from another company! Thanks little flower shop.
I was extremely disappointed in Customer service as we spoke over the phone she was abrupt, in a hurry to take my order, I felt like just a another number.. I only wanted sympathy flowers, no special instructions. Flower arrangements cost a lot of money! And to be treated unkindly
