I brought a brand new watch, in box, to be sized and I was helped by the "manager" and a regular employee. I told them I didn't have to have them help me but they pushed me to use their service. They took my watch into the "back" just where i couldn't see and hammered it multiple times. We went through this for a while and they played with it until it fit me finally, decently. Still not 100% on their "perfect fit". During the process the "manager" said if we resize it too much it'll scratch the face. Afterwards I noticed scratches on the lock, luckily not the face, and went back but they told me it wasn't them, and did nothing. I know watch resizing shouldn't result in damage. It can be done without real hammering even. I was very disappointed.
Started out with a good experience but once I got to the store it seemed I could never find the person who I spoke with about my purchase which by the way turned out to bra thousand dollars more then I was told when that was straightened out then they had to order the diamond I wanted I was called and told my diamond came in and when I got there it was the same wrong diamond I just returned I was called 3 times and told my diamond was in just to get there every time to see the same diamond I had returned ( not very smart people working there ! ). After months of this my diamond I ordered finally came in but some how my 1 carat single earring I purchased in the begging for $2k dollars was now almost $8k ?? Needless to say I ended up getting my money back and closing my acct !! Don't think I would ever recommend them to any one !!!!
