Galen the front desk attendant was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions, and gave me great suggestions on how to decide on the space needed based on my needs. I had a great experience andwas in and out in 25 minutes including a tour of the storage units.

In all the storage facilities I've used I must say extra space storage is the best, its clean in its entirety, the staff is great and honest, very accessible. I needed to down size they were able to accommodate the move and cost, I'm a happy extra storage customer, I would refer extra space to people in the market for storage facility. Thanks Mary.
Had my unit for almost a year now and the site is always clean, never dust in my unit like some other companies I used in the past. Even accidentally left my unit unlocked and Galen noticed right away, had nothing missing from my unit either, very happy knowing my stuff is secure. Galen and Mary always nice when I go to pay my bill also.
This place was so nice. I'm used to feeling cramped in storage offices, but this one is very roomy and welcoming. Mary and Galen were very kind and were extremely helpful in getting me the boxes i needed.
