This Pharmacy has gone to s*** it used to be good and friendly now they have a pharmacist that doesn't help anybody the line could be hecka long at the drive through and walk ins and he wouldn't help the poor girl at the register.
This pharmacy screwed up my meds 4 times in the last 6 months. They charged my blood pressure meds to the wrong insurance company and my pain meds to the other insurance company. One of my prescriptions had a doctor's note attached that explained to give me my pain med on a certain date and the head pharmacist decided on their own to make me wait 3 days without it because of my last dose date. They are there to confirm a prescription or just to fill it. They are not calling the shots. That's what doctors do. I'm switching my prescriptions to Walmart. This pharmacy sucks. And to top it off;when I called to find out the delay the pharmacist hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. These people were very rude on a number of occasions. The Indian lady was very nice but the Asian women are very,utterly,supremely rude people.They shouldnt even be handling people's meds.Their customer service sucks. We go there to pick them up,not to hear your judgment calls. Just fill the doctor ordered prescription and keep your mouth shut Walgreens Pharmacy.
