No stars deserved. I was waiting for 45 minutes which they told me it would take then I called after an hour and could not get someone to talk to me about how long I waited. And then some one comes on the phone saying the driver is out of town and she doesn't know when he will be back. And hung up. Worst service ever. Wish I could give this place negative stars
Scheduled pickup with Taxi operator who said driver would be there in 20 minutes. She called back shortly after saying driver would be there at 10:20, approximately 30 minutes later. I waited until 10:40 and called again because driver hadn't arrived and operator claimed she told me an hour which was an outright lie. Stay clear of these liars.
I will never take your taxi again ! I was going to mountain house and instead of taking the 5 minute way straight down Byron like I asked he turned around toward winco going in a big circle and back to the Start of byron arguing with me that that's shorter as if I don't go that way EVERYDAY . That ride should have never been 22$ ! And you should have took my directions . There was NO traffic there should be no reason for him to make the ride longer effing idiot
i dont know what the other reviews are talking about, i had a great experience with the driver victor. Im a regular customer and i believe they had a short of drivers but they should be good now.
Worst service ever! Few months ago, when i called them, they said in 20 minutes driver will be there. I waited 30 minutes and called them back. This time they said driver will be there in another 30 minutes. Then it happened again, again and again. It took more than 2 hours. The worst part is when you called them, the way they talk extremely rude. Today it happened again! I'm done with them!!!
