Needless to say and "thank God", she is OK and called me immediately. Had the officer not gone to the house she would have not been notified.
Officer's thank you, my daughter is alive and well, and a mother's heart is at peace.
I want to thank the "Tracy Police Department" for answering the call of a concerned mother today. I called for help and a well-being check on my daughter. I spoke to Mary (who was wonderful). I explained the situation and within 20 minutes there was a officer at her house. The officer must have triggered the house alarm which alerted my daughter "In the mountains" that an immediate response was required from her.
i give 5 stars they are here and deal with stresfull situations every day they are not here to just collect a pay check if thats the case they would be workin at wall mart somethin is wrong in your life to think that they put there lifes at risk the job they do dealing with the scum that only cares abouth thereselfs so think about it and reevaluate your life
P.S. while having the police report amended I was treated like scum... like I was a criminal and the office ladies were very very rude.
My pregnant wife with my 3 year old daughter in the car was run off the road and crashed, she called 911 and tracy PD showed up, the officer was disrespectful and in sure of himself, he never once asked if my wife or daughter were ok. I then get the police report stating that my wife was at fault despite the three eye witness statements stating otherwise. I had to have the police report amended. I know these guys have hard jobs and are very busy in this very busy city but they need to wake up and treat everyone with the same respect the demand.
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for TPD . When my alarm activated they showed up, they were courteous professional and respectful. For all those with the negative reviews, let's see how liberal you are when someone breaks into your home or when you're getting your butt kicked. Who you gonna call," Ghost Busters " !?!
Ladies at the front desk are beyond rude either they hate them selfs or the job. I don't know it's hard to tell lol. This department is a joke . Sure they will pull you over for a ticket but if they half to do their job on a call they do not protect and serve nothing. They don't care about the citizens of tracy. They are there to collect a pay check that's about it
