To the postman/woman: please be careful delivering mail. I have so many experiences that my mail was delivered in a wrong address. Neighbors deliver most of it because it was dropped in their mail box.

Keep loosing my packages especially with alive animals. No one pick up phone at local office. You may want to put -5 option for stars
Called to ask about my package , as tracking showed at Tracy facility, person who answered the phone 'Ken' was extremely rude. Right away he said "I don't want your tracking number , you can track it yourself " . I honestly thought he was joking - who talks like that ? When I said the package is in your facility- he said- "what do you want me to do about it". What kind of people does USPS hire???
I give tracy the edge over the livermore office but that's like awarding someone the bronze in the special olympics.
