I enjoyed the mexican food here. Fresh and authentic.
1st- The amazing bartender made the BEST Cadillac margaritas I've had in years. PERFECT. The service was FANTASTIC ALL AROUND, and we even got a chance to thank the chef.
Great food, impeccably clean. Friendly attentive staff. Huge portions. Our #1 Mexican food restaurant in Tracy hands down.
Delicious plates are huge, drink are very good, and price was just right
4th- Normally I do not like carrots in my ground beef. I didn't even NOTICE THEY WERE THERE in my enchilada. It was so good, I couldn't have cared less, and actually finally understood the reasoning of flavor mix after having it here.
Devon, Kevin, and Sonia went above and beyond for my son! They put on cartoons, on their own, to keep my 3 year old occupied. They also brought him "treats" after dinner and even gave him hugs! The food was amazing and it was a clean and positive environment. Definitely recommend and will be going back!
So, if you enjoy food from the central valley, you will adore this place. And even then, try it anyway because it is worth it. We will be going back for dinner this week! They even have daily specials, tv's, fun Taco Thursdays where they make homemade tortillas and you make your own tacos. I can't WAIT!!!
ust moved to Tracy yesterday, and this is the first restaurant we've tried for Mexican. Being from the central valley, I have a certain flavor and style of Mexican fare that I prefer, and Sonia's hit them all perfectly! I've had Mexican all over the US and Europe, and I can never find this quality. They may call it Pueblo food, but it's my favorite.
3rd- True test two= I always order a chile relleno to judge the quality of a restaurant. I can't say enough things about this. The sauce was phenomenal and done correctly, I like the added addition of peas. The chile was cooked right, and stuffed with cheese but not overwhelmingly. Egg batter was spot on.

5th- PORTIONS. Had we been able to stop eating, we would have had a lot of leftovers! My husband ordered the Cancun Platter. Unless you have two stomachs, order with caution! However, my skinny husband ATE THE ENTIRE PLATE.
2nd- True test one= perfectly seasoned and cooked rice and beans. Must've been homemade, nothing from a can tastes that amazing.
