Very friendly staff and a quick checkout with a free upgrade. Gas tank almost empty and was given option to just put in what I wanted to use--no need to fill it at end of rental. Very convenient for a 24 hr rental.
On the day of my departure, I called for a pickup. The driver arrived shortly after. He was courteous and kind, and he drove well.
I reserved my rental online for a car for one week. The online process was easy, and the rate was reasonable.
I stopped by the rental office (in Tracy) a few days prior to my pickup date to ensure all was in order and to ask the procedure for adding my daughter on contract as additional driver. All my questions and concerns were quickly and professionally put to rest.

I arrived to check out my rental. Ryan was the same clerk who answered my questions days prior. He was also the same clerk who checked me back in upon my return. He was professional, courteous, and kind each time I encountered him. Those behaviors seemed to come easy to him, and it made each a positive experience.
I was bombarded with questions as to where I was going, what I was doing, who I was going with, and even though I tried to be polite the questions just kept coming and would not stop It was extremely invasive and uncomfortable. This was not just your typical chit chat you get from a CS rep, this was extremely vexatious.
