I dislike this place because of the many poor reviews. I am going to have my truck washed elsewhere. These businesses need to know they are losing business and need better quality and service if they want to attract customers in the 21st century.
I've been going there off and on for over ten years and have never been disappointed.
I had just inherited my grandmother's car and there were lots of stains from my cousins spilling drinks and being messy, I paid to get it steamed and while I had hoped stains wouldn't be as noticeable I wasn't expecting it to be so clean and go then to get all the stains out. Amazing!
Four Stars, because depending on the eash you get its a little pricy and nobody's perfect.
Update: I came here again after 6 months and this is the only place in Tracy where my utility ford transit van with a low rack fits, I'm still giving them 5 stars!
One of the older brushless Hand Wash car washes, the real work is in the details after the wash, the drying and the touch up after the wash. There's one older lady there that really does a great job with the windows and trim while the guys detail the wheels.
Best car wash that I have found in the area but definitely has room for improvement. When busy they try to get your car done too quick and forget to do some details.
In and out car wash, very fast, they have a great waiting area also a TV area, they also offer ice cream and lots of could drinks for sale, perfect for a hot day! I requested full synthetic oil change and did a car wash for free!
