It's really too bad, because I have a lot of clients who need "good" detail work done, but I guess I am back to looking for a decent place for details.
Oh well, Live and learn.
I would not call what I received even close to a detail. I would call it a good wash and wax.

I would like to thank Will and his crew for bringing my car back to life. My car was stolen last week and when the cops found it, it was completely trashed inside and out. The person who stold my car smoked and lived in my car. It smelled so bad that my wife wanted me to trade my car in and get a new one. I tried my luck on Willies mobile detailing and i have to say they went above and beyond. My car not only smells new it looks new. The professionalism of the crew that came to my home was remarkable. Willie thank you for your services and you now have a customer for LIFE.
First off, Will did not show up to do my detail. The other reviewers seems to have had Will himself doing the detailing and that might be where the problem is.
Your mileage might vary, but I will not be calling these guys again.
I write reviews and I have to disagree . He does not do detail work. I'm from the south and when they detail , they detail!! Willis pick and choose his clients according to wealth. I hate to bring shame to anyone but you don't have your employees friends follow you around to job site and then rush the job. It's just a wash and wax not really a detail. We need a detail who is detailed and not derailed.

My detail guy moved out of the state, and based upon the raving reviews here, I thought I would try Will's.
I called Will based on the reviews here. I was not disappointed! He came over and detailed my 3 cars in one afternoon. He did a better job than the two places I USED to take them to in Tracy and one place in Walnut Creek. The shine on my black Silverado SS is like when it was brand new! He was professional, kind, and very compassionate about his work. 5 stars for his service and quality of workmanship! I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Will!
