Extremely disappointed and not "luxurious". Very rude staff not equipped to handle busy accommodations, every amenity they offered was "closed" for the time we were there. Upper floors smelled of cigarette smoke, dirty rooms and no hot water at all!!! Would stay anywhere else in Tracy
Let's me tell you this little hotel from not so nice place in Tracy is beyond my expectations. We stayed here accidentally because we cancelled my last night from another hotel.hotels in San Francisco even the bay area are way too expensive. We decided to stay one more night but we can get a good price with at least decent one. I walked in here and I was surprised the hotel is newly renovated, cleaned lobby and not crowded with all the trucks driver staying for over night. And yes I noticed hotels in this area has a lot of truck drivers are staying. Anyhow room is clean and no odor smells . Internet is fast and there are some restaurants near by but we didn't walk because the area is not that good to wander around. The only thing bad experienced is the a/c not working going on and off. The toiletries not enough and the housekeeper knocking our door even with the sign on and telling us if we are leaving. Breakfast is ok not buffet but still good. Make sure to sign up for rewards point.

My parents, husband, and I traveled here from Texas this week to be with family. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and never had any problems! My dad JUST checked us in and no one was at the front so he rang the bell. A guy named SANTIAGO came to the front, seemed rather annoyed that we were trying to check in. He bluntly said we didn't have a reservation in the system and talked to my dad like he was an idiot. My dad accidentally booked our reservations twice online, so the lady he talked to on the phone said to cancel it so it would only charge us once. She told him everything was good and taken care of. When we got to the hotel SANTIAGO treated my dad like he was a liar, printed out the list of people checking in today, and told us if we didn't see our name on the list then we didn't have a reservation. RUDE! He then said he had a room available but it would probably be more than we paid at first. Thankfully dad used his AAA discount so we ended up paying less than before! So after our encounter with Santiago, we will NOT use this hotel again and will gladly tell our family not to as well. As a customer I expect to be treated right and with respect. In my opinion, I would NOT recommend this hotel!
Thank you for your quick response! We just checked in last night so we are still here till Wednesday. I posted the review right after the incident just to let you guys be aware of what happened. The customer service this morning was good. The lady who was working in the breakfast room was very friendly.
Very clean and good quality for the price. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, bathroom was larger than expected. DirecTV as the satellite service. The elevator was a little slow but it was no big deal. Excellent breakfast. Eggs & ham, biscuits, sausage, waffle maker, fruits, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee and juice. An attendant keeps it stocked and clean during breakfast hours. We also noticed other attendants cleaning various areas at different times, you could tell they were conscientious about the upkeep of their hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and decent food for what you pay for your stay. Alejandra who is one of the cafeteria ladies was always making sure you were taken care of during breakfast time. No complaints here at all.
