Frequents here for take outs. The boneless honey barbeque has been popular for my son. Great service and fast too.
Everything was awesome, especially because we sat on the outdoor patio, less noisy. If you don't like chaos and noisy dining I would suggest eating on the patio. They have outdoor heaters to keep you warm at night too. The only thing that wasn't great were the crunchy chewy wings. For a place famous for their wings they weren't that amazing
Bww is one of my favorite places to eat but I had a bad experience today at this location. My boyfriend and I went today and waited over 30 mins before leaving. We sat out in the patio and were never acknowledged in the time we were there. I understand they get busy but they didn’t offer us drinks or let us know that they’d be right with us. They looked at us yet ignored us and helped other tables. I’m leaving this review in hopes that this doesn’t happen to other customers because other than this incident their food is great.
Waitress sucked, salad had no cucumbers which was the whole reason she wanted it, wings barely had any sauce
The food is good and we both enjoyed that part of the experience. But the service is definitely lacking. We had our server bring us some water and ask if we were ready and we weren't. She took so long to come back the manager actually took our order. We finished our water a few minutes after the food arrived and set our cups at the edge of the table hoping someone would refill them, but the server did not come back to our table until about 10 minutes after we had finished our meal so we never even got a second glass of water. I like the food so I'll go back, but maybe I'll sit at the bar next time so someone notices when my cup is empty.
