Molly was rude. Kept reminding us each time we ordered that this dish will be charged. Never going back to Tracy location again. Just to add, I ordered a separate soup for myself which is supposed to be bottomless. I was not asked whether or not I need a refill. I had to ask and order for it myself. At all other locations, usually the waiter ask many times whether they can get me another bowl.
We waited so long,we finally sat in the bar, still took over an hour! Never heard our names called. Brought the wrong food, people got food before us that ordered after us. The waiter was the only good thing.
Probably the best Italian restaurant in the area. The customer service is really amazing and the location is located right off the freeway as well. The only bad thing about this store is the items takes a few minutes to arrive. But they're smoking hot. Definitely give them a try!

They do understand the meaning of customer service, and for the businesses that don't get it. Its to have your customers come back again, and again. This place has a great atmosphere, great employees and the food is out of this world. My wife and I will let friends and family know, that the Tracy California Olive Garden is the place to go for a great meal and a good time.
Went with my boyfriend on a Thursday night, not particularly busy but still had to wait. While we were waiting all the employees were just talking with one another it was insane how many of them were just standing around. Finally get a table and we ordered some cocktails, they were pretty weak drinks for how much you're paying. I just got the fettuccine Alfredo and he got the create your own pasta. Mine tasted like nothing, it also had a gross clumpy texture to the sauce. Boyfriend's dish wasn't any better, there were a lot of of dry and cold noodles that didn't get any sauce on it. You can tell all this food is just thrown in a microwave to heat and serve. Also our waitress never came by besides to take our order and to pay us out. Very disappointed with the service and food.
