I am a regular client with Paws & Claws and I have to say, the doctors and nurses outdo themselves every single time! My baby, Cocoa was extremely sick and my family was so worried. The doctors were patient with me and explained everything that appeared on her treatment plan. Cocoa was diagnosed with a UTI and is now, all better. I appreciated the fact that the nurses took their time to discuss how pet insurance works and what it covers as far as medical issues. Paws & Claws offers different payment options such as Care Credit and Scratchpay. I applied for both since I couldn't pay everything up front right away. I advise anyone planning to take their fur babies to this veterinarian to look into both options, as well as pet insurance. I can't thank them enough!! Especially Dr. Singh and Dr. Do. I feel really comfortable coming here and knowing that my Cocoa is in good hands

Incredibly expensive!!! Took my lab in, who ultimately died peacefully within 2-hours, to be euthanized. Dr. saw him for about 2 minutes w/o examining and suggested trying to save him. When I said no since its obvious he is dying, we just want to euthanize before he suffers. Dr. abruptly left the room saying someone would come in to discuss costs. The very nice young woman (obviously just doing her job) shows us a price sheet for $700++ -- to put him down!!! The list of extras looked like a cell phone bill. Even stripping away the BS extras it still came to $400+! So, we decided to take him home to make him comfortable and expire, or take to another vet in the morning. BTW, they still charged me $55 for the "exam"! It's about the money folks...

I was bringing my pets to a larger veterinary practice and had an emergency situation with my pet. The larger clinic told me to bring her down and they would kennel her until late that afternoon, when they would have time to check her! Unacceptable! I contacted Paws and Claws and even though we had never been there they saw her right away. Dr. Do is the kindest, most gentle, knowledgeable veterinarian I have come across. She doesn’t rush you out. She makes sure you have all your questions answered. Even my pets love her! I highly recommend Dr. Do and the staff at Paws and Claws!

Both my German shepherd and Beagle have been here for emergency visits, the staff is amazing and the doctors are educated without being arrogant...huge plus in my book. They took great care of my dogs, offered different options for treatment and worked with cost. The pricing is actually very fair, especially for emergency visits, I paid half the price for xrays compared to my usual vet! 100% recommended

Dr. Do really took the time to explain things and help us through this very difficult time in our lives. The compassion and empathy that she shows toward our animal family members is why we bring our dogs here.

We have had several great experiences with the level of care we received at this clinic but I wanted to write a review to share one in particular. Unfortunately we recently had to put one of our beloved dogs down. She was old and her quality of life had really deteriorated.
