Excellent overall buyer experience! We purchase our 2017 Chevy Tahoe at Tracy Chevrolet and couldn't be more satisfied. Darius, our salesman, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, we were treated with respect and he was open and transparent about the entire process. We custom ordered our vehicle and it came within the promised time. They detailed the Tahoe and filled it up with fuel prior to pickup. In addition to Darius, the manager and staff were extremely accommodating and even offered to drive extra to complete the paperwork. I have purchase several vehicle at other dealers and this was hands down, the best overall buying experience I've had. THANK YOU TRACY CHEVROLET!!
Jenna was wonderful in sales, very honest. Great service department Ashley was very nice, shuttle service by Arnold to Black Bear Diner. We would recommend Tracy Chevrolet.
Not recommended at all. Do not waste your time.Good staff but cannot deliver vehicles they promised. Management sucks.

Went to several dealerships in the area. The staff at Tracy Chevrolet was the most unfriendly of all three. A salesperson greeted me at the door and asked what I am looking for. I told him I was here with a family member he frowned, turned and walked off without saying another word. The young man I was with decided to purchase a car from Tracy Chevrolet. At the time of signing the paperwork he noticed the payments were higher than what he had calculated. After carefully going over all the documentation, he found that he was being charged for an extended warranty he had expressed earlier that he did not want. The financing person stormed out in a huff and treated us poorly after that. I give them three stars because he did find a good car at a fair price. Sidenote: the other two dealerships treated me like I was buying a car. They were consistently friendly, offered me water (it was a hot day), and answered questions about cars I was curious about. None of these things happened at Tracy Chevrolet.
