I came in for a standard service and it was nice and easy. Price was reasonable (for a dealership), staff was informative and friendly. The location itself was well appointed and clean.
Dealer's here are really nice people. They give you lot of real financial advice and best deal if you really want to buy a Toyota brand car. Especially the dealer named "Deepak", he was very helpful and guided us to save our money and going for a better car at the same time.
Deepak is the man! He is Very patient and funny, and very helpful! Robbie on finance is just great! They are all very accommodating and our transaction went smooth!
You can find service in the area cheaper and with a few less suggested upsells but I haven't found any place better. There is a dedication to getting it right and making sure you are satisfied that you don't find anywhere else. That's not surprising considering Ronnie Lott is the boss.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership when I went to purchase my 2017 Camry last week. I was helped by Deepak who did not put any pressure on me whatsoever. He was very patient and walked with me round the lot in 103 degrees temperature while I decided which color I liked. I was so relaxed with the whole transaction that I forgot to test-drive the car. It was only when the guy was going over the finance application with me and he happened to ask if I was satisfied with the test drive that I realized I had not driven the car! I found the finance guy also honest and straight forward with his answers. I will have no hesitation recommending this dealership to anyone.
