I've never actually writtin a bad review, but I had such a terrible experience at this place I felt promted to inform people hoping nobody would have to go through the same thing. So went there to buy ( not finance) a car the day after my wedding to take on a road trip up northern california. I had inquired about a cx-5 with sales men FRANCISCO RICHARDS it which it seemed like I had more knowledge of the vehicle than he did through simple online research. So apart of this deal in which I had been completely honest about everything was that I would have all the money in the bank for them about a week later. So THEY recommended instead of coming back we can hold a check till then and i would walk out of there with my new car. All this was agreeded upon prior to me even coming in that day. So me and my newlywed wife sat there for over 4 hours while they strung us along with useless paperwork until all the other customers where takin care of. Right before close they brought us in to there main close guy ZAMIER. And he went through all the paper work till the last paper to sign he told me that i would not be able to get my car today and infact that car wasnt even there at the time. So I basically sat at that place all day after my wedding for no reason. I would of understood if they just told hey come back in when u got the money we'll take care of u. That would of been fine instead i was misled and lied to just so they could get there deal. When I'm giving someone $30,000 these are not the kind of people I would deal with.

Took my car here for a maintenance and had a great experience. The staff is super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. And they actually look out for your best interest. Bruce at the service department awesomely went out of his way to find the best solution for what I needed! I highly recommend this place.

I tried calling them, but no answer. My email was ignored too. I won't bring my business here again.

My initial experience with this place was very pleasant, which is why I continued to take my car here for routine maintenance in the past few months, even though the visits after the first time were nothing remarkable.

Here's what went wrong. I was suggested to replace my rear brake pads during one of my services. Even though my mileage is still low and shouldn't need the replacement, I decided to trust their judgement. After the replacement, I noticed my car was making strange noise to a point where I was so concerned, I took it to another mechanic. Only to find out the brake calibers were not tightened, everything was dangling. The mechanic showed me how easily the problem could've been avoided--you only need to tighten two screws to secure the caliber. I understand that people make mistakes, but how can you charge me more than $200 and can't tighten TWO SCREWS?! I can't imagine how sloppy the mechanic has to be to mess up like this. This is unacceptable.

Very patient and friendly environment! The building even have a toy room for the kids! The staff had to deal with my 2.5yr old and 5 month old for hours while we checked out cars and finalized a lease. They worked with us a lot to make sure the figures worked out for us! David was a great salesman! Thank you Tracy Mazda! Definitly be sending people your way!

THE BEST PLACE I'VE BEEN TO IN MY 58 YEARS, FOR CAR REPAIRS OR BUYING A VEHICLE, AMANDA AND CRYSTAL WILL WORK FOR YOU TO HAVE THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. GAVE US A BRAND NEW MAZDA SMALL SUV TO USE WHILE ALL THE WORK WAS BEING DONE AT NO COST TO US AND BECAUSE AFTER THEIR REPAIRS IT WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE COLLISION CENTER, WE HAD IT FOR ALMOST 4 WEEKS AND WE LOVED DRIVING IT. THEY HAVE MILITARY DISCOUNTS AND MADE AMAZING WAYS TO SAVE US SOME MONEY. I ALWAYS GO THE DEALERS AND BECAUSE MAZDA HAS PULLED MOST OF THEIR DEALERS WE ONLY HAD FRESNO OR TRACY TO GO TO. I GREW UP NOT FAR FROM TRACY AND HAVE MANY MEMORIES I LOVE AND NOW I CAN ADD A NEW ONE. THANK YOU SO MUCH TRACY MAZDA AND (AMANDA AND CRYSTAL )

I had a recall fixed here and even though it was a bummer that I had to drive from Stockton, Tracy Mazda Service dept. couldn't have been nicer.
