I previously had a bad experience at Tracy ford. It when I went in the other day my sales man Donny Knowles changed that. Donny was very understanding and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. After going through multiple salesman that day and none of them knowing what truck I was looking for Donny came to the rescue and knew exactly where it was. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and I would definitely recommend Donny to anyone!! The manager was so awesome as well he was doing everything in his power for me. Thank you again Donny, and Tracy ford. I love my new truck
My wife and I dealt with Carl Covington. He is very knowledgeable and he made my wife feel at ease with the new car we were looking at. I don't like car salesmen. His knowledge of the product was evident in the way he let the product sell itself with no pressure. I would highly recommend Carl. Should we need another vehicle, I will search out Carl.
